Luxembourg regulatory framework and the role of the M1
The training begins with the essential basics: understanding the framework of the profession, the obligations linked to the role, the expected role of the M1 agent and the logic of intervention in Luxembourg.
Field objective
Conflict management: worked on throughout the week via communication, de-escalation, bearing, safety distance and incident simulations.
Note: this section presents a typical 40h outline. The exact breakdown may vary depending on the session and on the possible validity of a Luxembourg first-aid qualification already held.
Recommended option: a 6th day dedicated to video surveillance can be added to strengthen on-site employability.
