Why organise a fire evacuation drill in your company?
An evacuation drill is not a formality. It is the most effective tool to measure your teams' real level of preparedness and identify what needs to be improved.
Test the real organisation
A drill reveals the gaps between your theoretical evacuation plan and the reality on the ground. Better to discover them during a drill than during a real incident.
Coordinate teams in real conditions
Your employees learn to react quickly, follow instructions and reach the assembly point in an orderly manner - even under pressure.
Streamline evacuation routes
The drill helps validate or correct the routes, identify obstacles and ensure that emergency exits are accessible and known.
Improve collective reflexes
A supervised drill develops lasting reflexes. Teams gain confidence and reduce risky behaviour in a real emergency.
Detect weak points
Our facilitators observe each step and identify areas for improvement: evacuation times, poorly defined roles, poorly marked zones, faulty roll call.
Strengthen your safety setup
At the end of the drill, you have a factual report and an action plan to concretely improve your level of preparedness.

A complete service, from preparation to action plan
Each intervention is structured to give you a clear and actionable view of your real level of preparedness - not just a drill, but a genuine management tool.
Reminder of instructions & preparation
Before the drill is triggered, our facilitators give the teams a reminder of fire safety instructions and meet with the site manager to adapt the process to the specifics of your premises.
Triggering the drill
The drill is triggered in conditions as close as possible to a real situation. The teams respond independently, without direct intervention from our trainers at this stage.
Real-time on-site observation
Our facilitators observe and document the entire process: triggering of the alert, routes taken, obstacles encountered, management of the assembly point and roll call.
Analysis of the process
Each step is analysed: evacuation times, adherence to roles, identification of first-response team members, management of people with reduced mobility, effectiveness of internal communication.
Debrief & collective summary
A structured debriefing is carried out at the end of the drill, in the presence of the managers. Strengths are highlighted, and areas for improvement are identified and clearly explained.
Detailed report + plan d'action
You receive a complete report covering the entire drill, the on-site observations, concrete recommendations and a prioritised corrective action plan to improve your setup.
WHAT YOUR COMPANY GETS
Not just a drill - a concrete tool for progress.
At the end of our intervention, you have a clear and objective view of your organisation, concrete elements to improve it, and a reference document for managing your fire safety.

There is no standard drill. Our intervention is always prepared in direct liaison with the site manager to be relevant, realistic and useful.
Adaptation to your premises
The drill is designed taking into account the real layout of your buildings: number of floors, areas, emergency exits, specific risk zones.
Adaptation to your organisation
We take into account your safety organisation chart, the existing roles (marshals, rear marshals, first-response team) and any decentralised or remote-working teams.
Adaptation to on-site constraints
Hours, ongoing activity, production or public-reception constraints: we adapt the process to minimise disruption while maximising educational value.
Not sure where to start?
Our facilitators support you from the very first contact to scope the drill according to your situation: company size, existing setup, objectives and scheduling constraints.

The questions managers ask.
All the answers to move forward confidently towards your fire evacuation drill.
How does a fire evacuation drill actually work?
The intervention begins with a preparation phase with the site manager, followed by a reminder of instructions to the teams. The drill is then triggered in near-real conditions. Our facilitators observe the entire process without intervening. Once the drill is over, a structured debriefing is carried out, then a detailed report and an action plan are provided to you.
Can the service be adapted to our specific premises?
Oui.
How much time should be allowed for the drill?
Can a drill be organised for several teams or across several sites?
Oui.
Do we receive a report at the end of the drill?
Oui.
Can the intervention be carried out in several languages?
How to request an intervention or a quote?
Is this compliant with the legal obligations regarding fire safety?
